Per Pennsylvania state laws, we operate as a “dry hire” which means that PA laws do not allow for us to provide, sell or transport alcohol. When you choose Copper Pony, as the host, you will supply the alcohol for your event and we will handle the rest. This includes an onsite event consultation at which time we will assess your space for the best location to place the trailer. We will also help to determine the optimal amount of alcohol that you will need to purchase for your private event and if you wish, we will assist you in choosing specialty cocktails.

No, per Pennsylvania State Law we cannot buy or sell alcohol. But we will certainly help you determine how much alcohol is needed for your event. This gives you the freedom to serve your favorite brands or keep your costs in check. Typically, unopened bottles can be returned.

Absolutely! We are so much more than a bar. We are in the business of creating an upscale experience for you and your guests. Mocktails are a super fun way to celebrate any occasion.

We are located in West Chester, PA. We service local events within a 30 mile radius. If your event is further away there will be an additional mileage fee. Contact us for more details.
