What to expect when working with us
#### Step 1 - Inquire Begin by submitting our inquiry form with details about your event. From there, our team will connect with you to learn more about your vision, guest experience goals, and bar needs so we can begin designing a tailored beverage experience. #### Step 2 - Proposal Based on your event details and consultation, we’ll create a customized proposal outlining your recommended bar experience, service levels, and investment options for review.
Do you supply the alcohol?
We are a dry-hire bar, meaning the alcohol is provided by the host. To make this seamless, we create a custom shopping list based on your guest count and menu, and can even coordinate pickup and returns through Binny’s for added convenience.
Can you host a cash bar?
Because we do not provide alcohol, we do not operate traditional cash bars. However, we’re happy to help you explore alternative service formats based on your venue and event needs.
Where are you located, and do you travel?
We are based in the Chicago suburbs and serve the greater Chicagoland area, with select travel available for regional and out-of-state events.
Can you serve coffee or non-alcoholic drinks?
Yes! We offer espresso bars, mocktails, hot chocolate stations, smoothie bars, and even boozy or non-boozy shaved ice. Perfect for corporate events, baby showers, school functions, and wellness-focused or sober-curious events.
What’s your payment & refund policy?
To secure your date and allow us to begin planning and staffing, we require the following: 50% deposit due at booking Cancel >60 days out: Full refund minus $200 admin fee Cancel <60 days out: No refund Reschedules are free, based on availability
