Do you require a deposit?
Yes. We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is due prior to your event.
What exactly do you do?
Everything. From setup to breakdown, bartending, styling, signage, garnishes, and service—we handle it all. What don’t we do? Supply the alcohol. As a dry-hire bar, we’ll provide you with a curated shopping list tailored to your menu, and you purchase exactly what you need.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Square, Venmo, Cash App, and cash.
Do you travel outside the Tampa Bay area?
Yes, we do. While our home base is Tampa Bay, we often travel to surrounding areas such as Clearwater, St. Petersburg, Tampa, and Dunedin. Travel fees may apply depending on location.
Can we provide our own mixers or garnishes?
Yes. You’re welcome to supply your own mixers and garnishes if you’d like. However, most of our clients prefer to let us handle the details to ensure everything is consistent, fresh, and presented beautifully.
Do you have insurance?
Yes. Oak & Iris is fully licensed and insured mobile bar service—something most venues require for outside vendors.
